Question 1

Is Adzzie really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new user gets one Basic listing free with no time limit and no credit-card requirement. Paid packages are only needed if you want to post multiple ads, longer validity, or Featured/Verified badges.

Question 2

How long does a listing stay live?

Accepted Answer

Free Basic listings stay live indefinitely as long as they remain relevant. Paid packages have their own validity — Starter runs 30 days per listing, Standard 60 days, Premium 90 days.

Question 3

How do buyers contact me?

Accepted Answer

Every approved listing shows your preferred contact method — phone, email, WhatsApp, or an in-app message. Adzzie never mediates; you negotiate directly with the buyer and pay no commission.

Question 4

Which countries and currencies are supported?

Accepted Answer

Adzzie serves globally. Prices are auto-localized (INR for India via Razorpay, USD/EUR/GBP/AED elsewhere via Stripe or PayPal). GST-compliant tax invoices are issued for Indian transactions.

Question 5

Are listings moderated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every listing is reviewed by a human moderator plus an AI safety check before it goes live. Prohibited items are rejected and repeat offenders are banned.

Question 6

How do I post a listing?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, click Post a Listing, choose your vertical and category, add photos and a description, then pick a package. Your first Basic listing is free.
